Integrity. Loyalty. Honesty. Balance. These are the values on which Hasenstab Architects is built. Our mission is to create a positive, collaborative environment with every client that results in an on-going relationship.
This mission begins within our own office. We encourage collaboration among our staff with design charrettes, lunch and learn sessions, and internal design competitions. We believe in fostering an environment where all ideas are considered and everyone’s voices are heard.
Our large staff affords us with a wide range of expertise. We encourage mentoring as a way to share that knowledge. Interns and young architects work side by side with seasoned project managers and designers, learning the intricacies of the profession and honing their skills.
We also believe in giving back to the communities that have given our company so much. From Ronald McDonald House to Keep Akron Beautiful and the American Heart Association, Hasenstab Architects supports many local organizations that make where we live and work so great.
Balance is the key to our success. We work hard, but we also take any opportunity to celebrate. Whether it’s an 80s-themed anniversary party, waffle day, or creating our annual holiday video, we like to squeeze in a little fun.
