Park West Medical Office Building
Park West is a medical office park located near I-77 and White Pond Drive. The medical office park consists of several buildings on a natural wooded site complete with wetlands and a meandering creek that defines the southern border of the property. Walking paths, streams and landscaped earth mounds have also been introduced into the development.
The first phase of construction at Park West included a three-story focal building with a central glass atrium. This building – marketed primarily to women – serves as a mall or arcade space complete with a coffee shop and other retailers to complement the healthcare environment. Tenants included: Paragon OB/Gyn, Mandala Treatment Center for the Healing Arts, Moe Joe’s cafe, LabCorp, Hair Technologies salon and Summa Outpatient Radiology.
Part of the building was dedicated to an ambulatory surgery center for Summit Ophthalmology and related physician practices and includes two ORs, one treatment room, 11 Prep/Recovery stations, and support space which includes instrument sterilization and administrative areas.
