Architect/Project Manager – Industrial, Laboratory & R&D

Hasenstab Architects is seeking a Project Manager specializing in industrial, laboratory, and R&D projects. This is an in-person role with the option to work from any of our offices in Akron, Cleveland, or Pittsburgh.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience designing industrial, laboratory, or R&D-focused projects
• Experience developing construction documents and specifications
• Understanding of Revit
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team members

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project planning and coordination process from concept through completion
• Oversee design development, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
• Manage construction administration, including contractor questions and RFI responses
