McEbright Elementary School
Hasenstab Architects provided professional design services for the new, 52,536 square foot, 350 student McEbright Elementary School and Community Learning Center. The project included demolition of an existing 40,000 SF building, salvaging historical artifacts and site features, site renovation, landscaping and interior design services.
The new Akron Public Schools elementary school includes 13 classrooms, three kindergarten classrooms, three special education classrooms, a gym, cafeteria, kitchen, stage, media center, an art classroom, music classroom and administrative spaces. This project is LEED Silver Certified.
