Oncology Clinic Relocation

Allegheny Health Network (AHN)

The objective of this project was to relocate an outpatient AHN oncology treatment facility to the North Fayette Health + Wellness Pavilion. The Hasenstab team was engaged to renovate an existing behavioral health suite into a hospital-based oncology clinic, while maintaining as much of the existing layout and infrastructure as possible.

The clinic offers comprehensive cancer care, including medical oncology, hematology, and various infusion services. The space features eight infusion bays to accommodate patient treatments.

Additionally, two private treatment rooms provide space for patients requiring additional privacy or specialized care. The design also incorporated exam rooms for consultations, adequate storage areas for medical supplies, and office space to support administrative and clinical staff.

The A/E team navigated a challenging timeline, delivering fully coordinated construction documents in just three weeks to maintain project momentum and support the overall schedule.
